The mousse truffée was my favorite... until I tried the pâté de Campagne. This works equally well on a charcuterie board as well as a sandwich. The seasoning is absolutely perfect!

I have been a big fan of "Les Trois Petits Cochons" for many, many years. Your pates & mousses are wonderful. And every year, I treat myself with your "Bloc de foie gras de canard" which I always consume with a few glasses of great Sauterne and "un pain brioche". I am never disappointed by the quality of your products. But with the pandemic, my normal local sources do not always have what I want, so ordering on line was worth a try and it worked great!!!! Tout etait parfait!
