Hello. We loved your products, we got pates, jambon et cornichons. I am French and was not disappointed by the wholesome taste. The only thing I would change is the packaging, it would be fabulous to have glass terrines and pates. Thank you so much for bringing a little taste of France in the States. Wonderful product. We cut in large pieces and freeze them. Then we use it in many ways - sandwiches , breakfast ham, traditional French sautéed ham, on salad with good French cheese. No other ham compares.

This is a great product. We sliced up about half and made sandwiches and charcuterie then diced the other half for with eggs and casseroles. Will definitely buy again when it’s finished. The kids love the ham as well.

Had already purchased from Fabrique Délices and found it a tad cheaper chez 3 petits cochons. I love the taste remind me of the ham eaten when I grew up in Paris. I purchased a slicing machine and froze half. I use ham on sandwich or when making « fondant savoyard » etc Merci

Excellent for Vietnamese bánh mì thịt người (ham sandwich with cilantro, pickled carrot & daikon, cucumber, serrano pepper, french maggi, Vietnamese french mayo) with homemade Vietnamese french petit baguette.
Loved this paired with the dijon mustard on french bread.

Great product but bad service due to delayed shipping and lack of communication. It’s more expensive on Amazon, but it’s trackable and you know when you’re going to get it.

Simple and perfect. Just the thing for a grey snowy day: a baguette with butter, a little mustard and this ham. It changed my mood, which had gone a little grey, and there's still enough left for a second sandwich another time.

The ham is wonderful. We use an electric slicer and cut the slices very thin. Wonderful on panini! Have yet to open the chorizo.
I’ve had the real thing in Paris and this just doesn’t have the robust taste of the original.
We bought the Petit Jambon de Paris - after reading the NYT article on Jambon Beurre. We served it at our cocktail party to winemakers and chefs on Bouchon Bakery Baguette with Rudolph le Menier's Buerre de Baratte and it was face meltingly exceptional. If you want the best ham sandwich - this is it. Yum!
