Our Jambon de Paris is made according to the traditional French recipe to ensure a rich, delicate taste. This three-muscle ham is slowly cooked in its own juices, low salt, very lean, low-fat whole-muscle pork is carefully seasoned and perfect for slicing. Enjoy one of the best Parisian-style hams available in your favorite sandwiches, croque monsieur, quiches, party trays, antipasto platters, appetizers, and breakfast dishes.

Ham, Pork Skin, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Ascorbate (from vitamin C).
Cut along the plastic seal using kitchen shears. Remove from plastic and drain excess cooking juice & gelatin. Slice on a slicer with or without the skin on. To remove the skin, make a 1/4” cut with a sharp knife from one side of the skin to the other and pull off the loosened piece of skin.
