Do not have much choice in pate fois, such as mousse royale au sauternes is not there, the one I pick is the second best among your selection and it is rather salty. Need more choice of pate mousse or pate fois.

Hi, the rillettes, the mousses, the pâtés de campagne were excellent. I will order again in the fall when the weather is cooler.
The packaging was fantastic. The order was still very cool and here in South California the weather is quite warm if not hot. I was really happy about that. It only took three days to get over here.
But I was disappointed about the communication. I sent two e-mails that have not been responded as yet. I had no information as to when the order was going to be shipped.
It came one month after I ordered. That in itself is not bad but it would have been nice to know in advance that it might take that long.
But the rillettes are worth waiting for! Thank you!

The Rillettes de Canard are delicious. Very meaty and wonderfully rich (of course) with just the right amount of fat and perfectly seasoned and spiced. A great appetizer, and also a luxurious work lunch or snack, shared with a colleague, and enjoyed with a baguette or crackers and the Sweet and Spicy Cornichons.

bought this at Whole Food today for a charcuterie board to eat later. Kept thinking about the description of how incredibly good it is. Soooooooo I decided I would take a tiny bite. Well, that didn't work out well. Ended up trying to pace myself on a spoon overloaded with it. OMG this is fabulous and then some. Pulled some New Orleans french bread out of freezer for this once in a lifetime splurge. (although it will be much more frequent)
If you have never tasted it run to the store. Or order it online. Just get it and eat it and that is it.

The egg bites are convenient and tasty, as were the sausage and duck items we ordered but we were very unhappy with the packaging - a huge styrofoam container that cannot be recycled. I know that the items needed to be kept cold but there are greener ways of doing this.
