I love this foie gras so much. Give me a pack of petit toast and I just hover over the charcuterie table until its gone. The sweet hint you get from sauternes matches so perfectly with the creamy decadence only duck liver can provide.
Don't forget to get some Duck Rillettes and Patê de Compagne.

I ordered a bundled gift and had enquired as to expiration dates before purchasing, since gobbling down these delicacies is, well, indelicate. It took much emailing and nagging to get the package delivered , way past the HAPPY SURPRISE ! date. We have to bite the yummy bulle and consume first the ones that were within a week of their expiration date- if delivered tiely, we would have had a few weeks' start on consuming!

Three Little Pigs is our absolute favorite pate'. We were able to purchase it locally at Wegman's when we lived in Maryland. We now live in Oregon where it is not available in local stores. Fortunately, we can order it online to satisfy our taste buds.

Since I'm in the midwest I'd like there to be s way for overnight shipping or more ice packs to be put in the container. I only purchased about $100 worth of product to try for the first time. When I opened the box...mind you it was in June and 90°....the ice packs were thawed and just barely cool. The product was cool so I refrigerated it all, but decided to serve it up right away rather than wait for the event it was ordered for. With it being cooked and well wrapped I felt safe serving it, after all pate was created years ago as a way to preserve meat before refrigeration! Did not get to try the foie gras, but everyone else loved it. The mini salami were flavorful, but very hard. Nice enough I'd order it again....much easier than making it myself.

We’ve been fans of Mousse de canard au fois gras since the early 90’s when we used to buy the 3 lb log at the Vesey street shop in Manhattan for our boat parties. You wouldn’t believe how fast it disappeared!. So happy to find a place to reliably order! Thanks for making it possible!!

Food has no right to be this good. Your pate was better than what I had when I went to Strasburg simply to have Their Famous dish. Believe me, yours was much better and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg In airfare. Keep up the good work.

the Mousse de Canard au foie gras is delicious! I could not wait to get more. Unfortunately I can't buy it again. When I purchased last month it was $17.99. Now they have changed the price for the exact same product to $54.99. Why the 3x increase? I would love to have an answer.

It's a bit difficult to order from you and the menu quite limited. I've known les trois petits cochons since it was on 13th street, run by brothers (as I remember) who wanted more than anything to return to Frnace. They've apparently done that, and not been replaced by French men or women. I have asked if you, or anyone you know, prepares oeufs-en-gelee and celeriac remoulade, of which I'd order a lot. The answer I recieved was: "Never heard of them!" Your pates are good, but I wish there were plus de variété à la française.

My wife and I, seniors, have a cocktail at 4:00 PM every day. We like to have one or two horsd'oevres that's where your Mousse De Canar av Foie comes into play.
We absolutely love your duck liver. I serve it three to four time a week spread on thinly sliced French bread with red grapes and Brie on the side. We first experienced foie gras in Paris 1980. Since then I have purchased foie gras from many different vendors with mixed results. For a while I abandoned my search. The Waterwheel Cafe in Milford Pa. serves your pate and they were kind enough to give me Three Little Pigs.
Your product transports us to a Rue Saint Germaine sidewalk cafe. We also adore your Egg Bites. Thanks for evoking these wonderful memories.
The only problem I have with your duck liver is I now have a shed full of very useful Styrofoam coolers.

Although in the past I have bought your Mousse in my local grocery store and loved it, I have never ordered it from your site. My store hasn't had any of your product recently. I had two concerns about ordering- first the packing- would it stand up to Maine's harsh weather? and second, would the use by date be far enough away for me to enjoy the Mousse at my own pace and not have to wolf it down because it wouldn't be good for long. Neither of these concerns turned out to be a problem. The packing was incredible and obviously would withstand any type of weather- hot or cold. and the use by dates on all three items I ordered were far enough away to not be any problem at all.
My local store has recently had your products in stock again and I have bought a couple varieties of Mousse- but in the future, if they are out of stock I won't hesitate to order from your site. And as always- the Mousses were delicious!
