Bánh Mì
In Vietnamese cuisine, bánh mì is eaten as a staple food. It combines crusty bread smeared with pâté, mayo, veggies, and herbs to make the perfect sandwich. While ours isn't traditional, we think it'll help your bánh mì cravings all the same.

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette
- 1 jar of Cornichons
- 1 package Pâté de Campagne
- 4 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- 1 large cucumber peeled, seeded & sliced lenghtwise into 1/8-inch pieces
- 1.5 cups of pickled carrots, coarsely shredded
- 0.5 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, packed tightly
- 4 teaspoons of soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Slice off the top 1/3 of the baguette lenghtwise.Step 2: Spread half of the mayonnaise on top and the other half on the bottom of
the baguette and add thin slices of the Pâté de Campagne.
Step 3: Top with, cucumber, pickled carrot, cilantro leaves and soy sauce.
Step 4: Cut into four sandwiches and serve with cornichons.
