Spinach and Feta Egg Bites Frittata

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of SOUS-VIDE EGG BITES WITH SPINACH AND FETA
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh spinach leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat the Egg Bites per the pack's instructions and roughly chop.
- Mix Egg Bites with beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet and sauté the spinach until it wilted.
- Pour the egg blend over the spinach and cook until the edges are set.
- Move the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set.
- Slice and serve hot.
