Caperberry Passion Fruit Gin and Tonic

This fruity and refreshing gin cocktail is perfect for a warm summer evening or a weekend brunch. To switch things up, consider experimenting with different types of syrups or fruit purees, such as raspberry, peach, or mango. You could also try swapping out the gin for vodka or rum to give the drink a new twist. And for a bit of extra sparkle, try adding a splash of sparkling wine or prosecco. Whatever variations you choose, this cocktail is sure to become a new favorite in your recipe repertoire.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz elderflower or simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz passion fruit pulp
  • 2 oz gin
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Olives or Caperberries (to garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the elderflower syrup into your glass and top it with most of the passion fruit pulp
  2. Add in the ice
  3. Pour in the gin
  4. Top with tonic water
  5. Spoon some of the remaining passion fruit over the ice
  6. Stir
  7. Top with Caperberries, and enjoy!
