Jambon Sec Wrapped Asparagus
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages of our Jambon Sec
- 16 asparagus spears , woody ends snapped off and discarded
- 2 tbs. of unsalted butter
- 2 tbs. of minced garlic
INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter; add the garlic and mix together. Brush the butter mixture over each asparagus spear.

Slice Jambon Sec lengthways. Wrap each asparagus spear starting on a diagonal angle from the top to the bottom.

Preheat oven/ broiler on high heat. Lightly grease baking sheet with olive oil.

Arrange the wrapped spears in a single layer on the baking sheet / tray; season with cracked pepper. Broil for roughly 5 minutes, until the asparagus is bright green and the prosciutto is crispy.
