Eggs, Swiss Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Uncured Bacon - no nitrites or nitrates added except for that naturally occuring in celery powder and sea salt (Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Less than 2% Natural Cane Sugar, Celery Powder, Spices), Cream, Sea Salt, Xantham Gum, Garlic, Spices. Contains: Eggs, Milk.

Enjoy at room temperature for a quick snack or heat in a microwave or toaster oven. 

Microwave: slightly open the BPA-free plastic packaging to vent. Microwave on high for 40-60 seconds, until heated through. 

Toaster-oven: preheat toaster-oven to 350F. Remove Egg Bite from all packaging and place in toaster-oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until heated through.
