Spicy Cornichon Martini

A twist on a classic dirty martini with a little French flair! It’s the perfect complement to the charcuterie board you’ll be enjoying while watching the Summer Games! 

Ingredients

• 2 oz Vodka
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.5 oz Cornichon Piquants Brine
• Garnish: Petit Salami & Cornichon Piquants

Instructions

Add ice, vodka, dry vermouth, and Cornichon Piquants brine to a mixing glass. Stir for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish. Santé!
