Whiting fish with Moutarde Basque

with Moutarde Basque - Espelette Pepper Mustard

3 tablespoons Moutarde Basque

8 small ​whiting fillets

3 tablespoons of cream

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Half of a red onion

8 small tomatoes

Olive oil




​Preheat the oven to 356 Fahrenheit.

Mix in a bowl, cream, lemon juice, mustard.

Place 4 fillets of whiting in a dish.

Cover the filets with the cream, lemon juice, and Moutarde Basque dressing.

Slice the red onions and cut the tomatoes in half.

Top the filets with the sliced and halved tomatoes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 15 minutes.
