3 oz, Julienned Jambon de Paris
1 tbp Moutarde de Dijon
1/4 cup Mayo
1 Tbp Lemon juice
1 tsp. White wine vinegar
2 Tbp Hot Honey (w/chiles)
1 Tbp Monced shallots
2 large lettuce leaves per plate
1/8 cup steamed green beans
1/8 cup steamed sugar snap peas
1/8 cup julienned sweet red peppers
1/8 cup diced Mango
Freshly grated black pepper to taste
A surprising fresh salad, with a great dressing!
Whisk first six dressing ingredients well.
Arrange two large lettuce leaves on plate. Arrange all vegetables and ham on top.
Drip dressing on salad, add Black pepper to taste.
