10 to 14 Petits Poivrons
2 oz. Gin (neutral)
6 fresh Basil leaves
2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice (strained without pulp)
1 oz. Agave Nectar
1 big piece of orange peel
Fill short cocktail glass and fill with ice to cool. Take a Boston shaker and fill the metal part with ice. Add Petits Poivrons to glass part of the shaker, and grind until completely mashed.
Add all remaining ingredients, shake, and double strain into empty cocktail glass. Decorate with Orange peel, basil and Petits Poivrons
