Spicy Caribbean sausages

with Chicken Andouille - Chicken Sausage with Spices

15 oz. Chicken Andouille

2 oz.Petits Poivrons

​1 red Onion

1 medium sweet Potato

5 oz. Mango

2 tsp Agave Syrup

1 tbsp Jerk seasoning

1 tbsp Olive oil

Fresh parsley


​Heat the oven to 390 F

Put the Chicken Andouille sausages into a roasting tin with the red onion, potato, mango, agave and Petits Poivrons

Add the spice mix, then toss well to coat

Drizzle over the oil and season

Roast the sausages (about 25-30 min.)

Sprinkle with parsley and serve
