Quiche au Jambon de Paris

with Jambon de Paris - Cooked Ham

​Servings: 4 people 


11oz thinly diced Jambon de Paris

​3 eggs

¾ cup whipping cream or half & half

3 to 4 oz grated swiss cheese or cheddar

1 puff pastry dough


Preheat the oven (375°F) (convection setting if possible)

Beat the eggs in a large bowl until completely mixed. 

Add the cream and mix. Add the ham and half of the cheese.

Set the dough on a pie mold, prick it a few times with a fork, and then pour the prepared mix.

Sprinkle with the other half of cheese and place in the oven for about 30mins (the cheese must be golden brown).

Perfect served with salad!
