Jalapeno Salami Pizza

with Sliced Saucisson Sec Basque - Sliced French-style Salami with Espelette Pepper

Sliced Saucisson Sec Basque

​1 pizza dough

¼ cup tomato sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ jalapeno

5 olives 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Flour your workspace.
  3. Spread the pizza dough sheet and cover it with a large plate. Cut off the edges, to obtain a round pizza dough.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza.
  5. Add half of the shredded mozzarella and the as many slices of Saucisson Sec Basque (French-style salami with Espelette pepper)
  6. Slice the jalapeno and the olives.
  7. Add the jalapeno and the olives slices on the pizza.
  8. Top the pizza with the remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes.
  10. Serve the pizza warm!
