1 jar of the Organic Caperberries
2 oz. Gin
Dash of Cointreau
5 oz. Artisanal Tonic Water
Dash of carrot juice
Add ice to a highball glass. Pour Gin into glass, pour Tonic into glass. Stir up with a bar spoon. Top with Cointreau and carrot juice and decorate with Organic Caperberries.
