1 10 oz. package Chicken Basque Sausage
1 4.3 oz. jarPetits Poivrons
8 oz. Halloumi Cheese
Handful of cilantro
Preheat the grill to medium high. Slice the peaches to 3/4 inch thick wedges. Slice the Chicken Basque Sausage into 1/2 inch slices, and the Halloumi into small cubes. Brush the Halloumi with olive oil, and skewer the sausages, peaches, halloumi and Petits Poivrons. Grill until all sides are nicely seared with grill marks. Place on platter and sprinkle with cilantro for garnish.
