Chicken Andouille Sausage Gnocchi Skillet

with Chicken Andouille - Chicken Sausage with Spices

15 oz. Chicken Andouille

​8 oz. Ricotta cheese gnocchi

2 cups Broccoli 

1/2 cup Butter

2 tsp. Flour

2 tsp. diced Onion

1 tsp. Garlic

Salt and pepper


​Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi (about 4 min.)

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water up to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add broccoli, cover, and steam until tender (about 5 min.) Drain and keep warm

Melt 1 tsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat

Add 1 tsp. onion and 1 tsp. garlic; cook and stir until fragrant (about 2 min.)

Add Chicken Andouille sausage; cook and stir until browned (about 5 min.) Stir in broccoli

Melt 1/2 cup butter in another skillet. Add remaining 1 tbsp. onion, 2 tsp. garlic, and flour; cook and stir until lightly browned (about 3 min.)

Stir in gnocchi

Combine sausage mixture and gnocchi mixture

Sesason with salt & pepper to taste
