Braided Smoked Duck Pastry

with Smoked Duck Breast -



16 oz Smoked Duck Breast

1 roll Puff Pastry (frozen or refrigerated)

3 Tbsp Mango Chutney

16 oz Smoked Duck Breast

1 Egg


​​Spread out the defrosted or refrigerated puff pastry flat

Spread mango chutney evenly over pastry

Add thinly sliced smoked duck breast on top of mango chutney, leaving room on the pastry ends for braiding

Slice thin inserts on the outside edges of the puff pastry, and braid one insert over the other on top of the duck

Thinly coat with egg wash and place in 440F oven for 20 minutes
