Au Gratin Smoked Chicken Sausage Skillet

with Smoked Chicken Sausage - with Apples & Calvados

3 cups (1/2 in slices) Smoked Chicken Sausage

2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

8 oz. Potatoes

2 1/2 C. Water

1 pkg. Frozen vegetables

2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded


​In large saucepan fry sausage in oil until lightly browned. Ad d au gratin potatoes, sauce mix and water. Cook over medium heat (about 15 min. or until potatoes are starting to get tender stirring


Add vegetables. Cover and simmer for an additional 10-12minutes  or un til vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Removefrom heat. Cover so that cheese melts. Serve hot
