Pork & Chicken Liver Pâté with Black Peppercorns

A delicately ground pork pâté sprinkled with crunchy black peppercorns.

Pairing:

Pair with a light-bodied dry white wine with steel and mineral tones or a full-bodied dry red wine with rustic and earthy tones.

Serving:

Pat loaf dry using a paper towel. Slice on a dry surface using a chef’s knife. Keep knife wiped clean between slices. Keep loaf wrapped tightly in plastic film.​
