Serious Eats

​​Craig Cavallo, Writer at Serious Eats, wrote an educational piece entitled "Charcuterie 101: Essential French Cured Meats and More". 

In the article, Cavallo quotes LTPC's Marketing Director, Camille Collins, about the importance of quality sourcing. Along with an accurate description of our Terrine Trois Rois, he also mentions the diversity of French regional charcuterie through a quote of LTPC's founder, Alain Sinturel.
