Dining Around

In LesTrois Petits Cochons on Dining Around, ​David Kemp, LTPC's CEO, was interviewed by host Joel Riddell, at the occasion of the 2017 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.  

After talking about the company's history, he mentions his own personal memories in France while growing up, enjoying charcuterie with his family for diner. 

He explains the sharing dimension to it, and then gives more information about the products' meat quality. 

LTPC's motivations to the launch of the new Organic Pâté line are addressed: David adds that these products were made for centuries in France organically, so these Pâtés are actually more traditional than ever.
