Duck Skin*, Chicken Liver*, Cream, Eggs, Milk, Turkey Liver*, Chicken*, Mushrooms, Truffles, Nonfat Dry Milk, Pineau (Cognac, Grape Juice), Sherry Wine, Onions, Concentrated Mushroom Juice, Spices, Salt, Garlic, Mustard. Aspic: Water, Kosher Gelatin, Cognac, Glucono Delta Lactone, Salt, Concentrated Mushroom Juice, Lemon Powder, Onion Powder, Vinegar, White Pepper, Truffles, Spices. Using easy peel corners, peel apart plastic and enjoy from the container or unmold. If unmolded, slice on a dry surface using a chef’s knife and keep knife wiped clean between slices.

When it arrived after Xmas I was already on vacation and a friend had to refrigerate it for me. And when I came back 2 days ago I realized that the expiration date was 12/28/23. I paid for Express delivery and expected the order to be there during the holidays. Very disappointing.

I purchased five, Count it five of the pate. I have gone through two and I have frozen the other three. Just like a frozen ribeye it will come out of the freezer as if it was just delivered fresh! The quality of this pate is out of this world! Consider ordering a large quantity as it freezes beautifully! I will be a forever customer! Karin. ❤️

Your products are all good. This is the only one tasted so far from the last order. Next will be the country pate, which I've not had before from vous trois petitis.... If the taste goes will with cornichons and capri berries, I'll order more, and in greater quantity, si c'est possible.

Love the product. Trois petit corchon fan for many years in NYC. Particularly like this chicken & turkey mousse w truffles. Website sucks. Doesn’t state properly the minimum purchase $ to complete purchase. Multiple emails to customer service to order two items and verrrrry frustrating. They didn’t seem to know what the website said and kept asking me to tell them what it said. If I could find the product locally, I would NEVER use the website again. Nor their customer service.

Haven’t opened it yet but I’m confident your products are good. The only perishable item in the order that had an extended expiration date into April. At least I can hold onto this one a little longer unlike the other two mousses i purchased in the same order, which I had to consume within a couple of days after receiving it because of the expiration date.

Arrived with an expiration date shorter than guaranteed by the company. Contacted for a replacement and recieved a response stating "a replacement has been shipped". Still nothing after 3 weeks. Product is good, customer service and warranty follow through is floating in the latrine.
