Ham & Cheese Egg Cups
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking spray
- Puff pastry
- 12 Slices of Jambon De Paris
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar
- 12 large eggs
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay the slices of puff pastry in the cups and press down on each slice to keep the divot.
- Butter the edges to the toast. Place a piece Jambon in the center of the divot and crack an egg inside. Sprinkle the buttered edges with shredded cheddar and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or when egg looks done. Garnish with chopped parsley.
This is a great way to change up breakfast and still give everyone something fun to enjoy. They taste amazing. The eggs become fluffy, and the ham gets that little crisp that you cant help but to crave. Thy them now!
